How to Use:

1. Wear the belt against the skin directly or over loose-fitting clothing.
2. Position the belt between the lower rib cage and hip, and attach it firmly.
3. Clip the pump onto the gas valve of the belt.
4. Pump the belt to inflate it using the pump.
5. For optimal traction effect, fully inflate the air pillars of the belt.
6. Initially wear the belt for 30-60 minutes at a time. If no side effects or pain is experienced, gradually increase the usage time.
7. Do not wear the belt while sleeping.
8. Before removing the belt, unscrew the pump and press the air valve to deflate the belt completely.
9. Loosen the belt after ensuring it is fully deflated.
10. It is recommended to wear the belt for 30 minutes at a time for the best results.
